MBS FileMaker Plugin, version 12.0pr5

New in this prerelease of version 12.0 of the MBS FileMaker Plugin:

Added FM.ExecuteFileSQLValue function.
Updated DynaPDF to version 4.0.64.162.
Fixed a problem where context menu would crash if the plugin was updated via script.
Added DynaPDF.ActivateAltFontList, DynaPDF.CreateAltFontList, DynaPDF.DeleteAltFontList and DynaPDF.SetAltFonts functions.
Improved auto complete to work better with multiple open Script Workspace windows.
Extended auto complete within calculations to also suggest local tilde and cent variables.
Updated SQLAPI to version 5.1.8.
