MBS SQLite Extension, version 1.1pr1

New in this prerelease of the 1.1 extension:

Compiled for Mac with 32 and 64 bit. (Linux and Windows may follow later if there is a demand for that)
Added Cube SQL Plugin for Cube SQL Server 4.0b10.
Added UUIDFormattedMBS, UUIDHexMBS and UUIDRawMBS.
Added CosHMBS, ACosMBS, CosMBS, TanHMBS, ATan2MBS, ATanMBS, TanMBS, SinHMBS, ASinMBS, SinMBS functions.
Remove Accents functions now convert ß to s.
