Windows Admin functions

01 07 10 - 13:41 10.4pr3 later today will add a couple of Windows related functions:
WindowsIsApplicationRunAsAdminMBS as boolean
WindowsIsUserInAdminGroupMBS as boolean
WindowsIsProcessElevatedMBS as boolean
WindowsGetProcessIntegrityLevelMBS as integer
To see what which function returns on what Windows version, I made a couple of screenshots and composed the picture on the right.
