MBS Xojo Plugins, version 26.4pr6

New in this prerelease of the 26.4 plugins:

Updated DynaPDF to version 5.0.5.16.
Updated PCRE2 to version 10.48.
Added HeapframesSize property to PCRE2MatchDataMBS class.
Added TurkishCasing, NeverCallout, EffectiveLinksize, CaselessRestrict, AltExtendedClass properties to PCRE2CompilerMBS class.
Added SetOptimize method to PCRE2CompilerMBS class and related constants.
Fixed ChildDevices method and Parent property in PhidgetMBS class to return PhidgetLEDArrayMBS and PhidgetMotorVelocityControllerMBS objects for matching devices. Same for Attach and Detach events in PhidgetManagerMBS class.
Updated mongo-c-driver to version 2.5.3.
Improved ICScannerDeviceMBS and ICCameraDeviceMBS classes to only set delegate if not set.
