MBS Xojo Plugins, version 22.4pr2

New in this prerelease of the 22.4 plugins:

• Added new XML Plugin.
• Fixed XML plugin to run on Windows.
• Improved BytesZeroMBS function in MemoryBlock class to be faster.
• Added WinRTSControl property to SerialPortMBS class to control RTS line state.
• Fixed XMLNodeIteratorMBS class.
• Implemented CopyPicture in NSImageMBS class.
