Background Color for TextArea control

For next plugin version we add four new properties to TextArea class:

• WinSelTextBackColorMBS as Color
• WinSelTextColorMBS as Color
• WinSelHasTextColorMBS as Boolean
• WinSelHasTextBackColorMBS as Boolean

So you can control the background color of text for MacOS and Windows.
