MBS Filemaker Plugin, version 3.4pr3

New in this prerelease of the 3.4 plugins:

• Our Mac plugin is now code signed.
• Updated CURL to version 7.32.0.
• Added first version with 64 bit support for Mac OS X. This enables you to use our plugin in WebPublishing on FileMaker Server.
• Improved SQL functions to work on FileMaker 12 and newer version.
• Added DynaPDF.DeletePage function.
