MBS Filemaker Plugin, version 3.0pr1

New in this prerelease of the 3.0 plugins:

• Fixed bug in Path.FilemakerPathToNativePath and Path.NativePathToFilemakerPath on Windows.
• NSUserNotification works now even if Filemaker is frontmost.
