New in this prerelease of the 2.4 plugins:
- Added Window.HideScrollbars and Window.ShowScrollbars function.
- ProgressDialog will resize upper text field and dialog to fit text.
- Added ProgressDialog.SetPositionCentered and ProgressDialog.SetPosition.
- Added String.ReplaceNewline function.
