Nickenich, Germany - (September 22nd, 2026) -- Monkeybread Software today is pleased to announce MBS Xojo Plugins 26.4 for macOS, Linux and Windows, the latest update to their product that is easily the most powerful plugin collection currently available for Xojo. MBS Xojo Plugins have been updated and now includes over 3000 classes and 85,000 documented features, and the versatile plugins have gained more new functions:

We add SVG support for our DynaPDF functions. You can load a Scalable Vector Graphics from file or memory. Then you query the number of symbols in the SVG and their sizes. You can draw a symbol on the current page, e.g. to draw a company logo as vector graphics.

Our plugin provides classes to connect to MongoDB from Xojo. The MongoBulkOperationMBS class submits multiple write operations to the server in one batch. By sending all requests together, you can achieve better performance compared to doing each operation on its own. You can combine this with a transaction to roll back in case of an error.

We upgraded our Phidgets support. The PhidgetDataAdapterMBS class allows you to interface third party devices and microcontrollers within the Phidgets ecosystem.

For our WebView2 control on Windows, we improved PrintToPdf to take a folderitem as destination. The WebView2BrowserMBS class got ZoomFactor, DefaultBackgroundColor, EnvironmentHandle and ControllerHandle properties.

We upgraded the classes for Google MobileAd framework for iOS. The newer framework brings a placementID properties and loadWithAdResponseString methods to various ad classes. Banner views can be collapsible and the UMP request parameters can pass a consent sync ID.

For our RegEx plugin we improved PCRE2 classes. You can configure optimizations in regular expressions using SetOptimize method and related constants. The TurkishCasing, NeverCallout, EffectiveLinksize, CaselessRestrict, and AltExtendedClass properties configure the regular expressions compiler.

The ExtractIconMBS method can return an icon from a DLL or EXE file on Windows. In AVAudioUnitMBS class you can save and load the full state as dictionary or JSON. We improved the KeychainManagerMBS module for iOS, improved the performance for ICScannerDeviceMBS class and improved CGImageSourceMBS and CGImageDestinationMBS classes to take CFDictionaryMBS and Dictionary everywhere for options. Barcode reading with zxing adds support for Telepen barcodes.

Finally we updated CURL to version 8.22.0, DynaPDF to 5.0.5.16, expat to 2.8.4, GoogleMobileAds iOS SDK to 13.7.0, libxml2 to 2.15.3, libxslt to 1.1.45, llama headers to 0.3.0, mongo-c-driver to 2.5.3, openssl to 3.5.8, PCRE2 to 10.48, phidgets to 1.26.20260821, Rockey library for the Rockey4NDMBS class for macOS, Saxon libraries to 12.10, SQLAPI to 5.4.3, taglib to 2.3.1, whisper headers to 1.9.2 and zxing-cpp to version 3.1.1.
