MBS Xojo Plugins, version 18.2pr8

New in this prerelease of the 18.2 plugins:

Updated CURL to version 7.60.0.
Added OptionDNSShuffleAddresses and OptionHAProxyProtocol properties to CURLSMBS class.
Added WindowsGUIResourcesMBS class.
Added ABMultiValueMBS.indexForLabel function.
Changed AVAudioPlayerMBS to have real properties visible in debugger.
