New in this prerelease of the 17.5 plugins:
- Fixed running in maximum DLL problem for 64-bit Xojo IDE.
- Fixed ECDHEMBS.DeriveSecretKey for invalid data.
- Updated SQLite to version 3.20.1.
- Rewrote SplitCommaSeparatedValuesMBS function to work better.
- Changed SplitCommaSeparatedValuesMBS to detect delimiter automatically.

- Updated CURL library to version 7.56.1.
