MBS Filemaker Plugin, version 2.2pr3

New in this prerelease of the 2.2 plugins:

Added WebView.SetPreferences and WebView.GetPreferences functions.
Made some changes on Mac plugins so you can use both plugins in Filemaker at the same time and without renaming.
